Shipping Information
Below is how long you should expect it to take for Issue #3 to reach you one shipping begins.
This is all an estimate and local postal services may be disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

After consulting with our distributors and understanding the current situation with shipping and custom delays, we have revised our shipping estimates quite dramatically.

United Kingdom
Your order will be sent to you via Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage. This can take up to 5 working days from shipping.

Europe
Your order will be sent to you via airmail. This can take up to 2-3 weeks from shipping.

Rest of the World
Your order will be sent to your via airmail. This can take up to 5-8 weeks from shipping.
BEFORE CONTACTING US, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:
1 - Please check that your delivery was due after the updated shipping estimates posted above. If this is the case, please do step 2.
2 - Please contact your local post office or delivery depot. It is likely it is held up there for delivery due to the unprecedented demand they are under to deliver more parcels because of COVID-19. If they do not have your parcel, please move to step 3.
3 - Please contact your local customs office. There are serious delays happening around the world. It is likely that your magazine is stuck at customs. If it is not, please move to step 4.
4 - Please contact us via our contact page. We will only be able to help providing you have done the above steps. Our response time right now is 3-5 working days.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
With the COVID-19 pandemic still very much impacting the world, there may be a delay in shipping to you whilst local services and freighter carriers prioritize personal protection equipment (PPE) and other life saving equipment. Neither FSElite, nor Mixam, have any influence on this and would like to apologise in advance.
We will continue to work with suppliers and distributors to ensure your copy of FSElite Magazine Issue #3 arrives safely.
All of our suppliers have been told to provide contactless delivery for added peace of mind.

Shipped
Your order is on its way to you. Please note we do not offer tracking facilities.
On Order
Due to high-demand, we are currently awaiting on new stock. This can take between 5 – 10 working days to produce.
Completed
Your order is deemed complete and thus now closed.
Pending
Your payment is processing. We will not continue with your order until it is paid for in full.
